Commissioned Production

Public Prep pieces are produced after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from order placement to delivery. Additional time may be needed during periods of high demand or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Public Prep piece is made to order through our production partner, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free reshipment or store credit.
