Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 3-7 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We ship via USPS and UPS, with delivery typically within 3-5 business days after shipment. Estimated delivery time from order date: 6-12 business days total.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (US): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Shipping: Available on orders $150+ (automatically applied at checkout)
International Shipping
Currently we only ship within the United States.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Public Prep is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, reach out to us at welcome@shoppublicprep.com.
