Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final on limited-release collections unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at welcome@shoppublicprep.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

• A brief description

We'll review and, if approved, issue a replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.

Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method within one billing cycle.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item per our defect policy (if applicable) and place a new order.
